Trip Inclusions:

  • Round-trip airport transportation between the hotel and Honolulu International Airport (HNL) for Achievers arriving during designated group travel periods on September 6 and departing on September 10. 
  • Four (4) nights’ hotel accommodations
  • Group Functions (1 x Breakfast, Welcome Reception, Offsite Activity, and Farewell Dinner)
    • Meal Cards will be given onsite at registration to help supplement meals not included in the program.

Up to a maximum of $1,000* credit towards round trip airfare
*This is the maximum amount an Achiever has to apply towards base round trip airfare. If the Achiever's base airfare is less than $1,000, then no further action is needed.  If the Achiever's base airfare is more than $1,000, the achiever is responsible for the difference. (
$60 for your checked bags ($30 each way) will be included on your meal card.)

Guest Buy-In Option: 

We are excited to offer our Level 3 and Level 4 achievers the opportunity to purchase a land package for one (1) guest*.
Package Cost is $1,500.00 and includes the following:

We have an amazing day planned just for you! Experience Oahu’s most authentic Hawaiian Luau at the Polynesian Cultural Center, set against some of the most beautiful gardens and lagoons on the island. Discover true Hawaiian hospitality beginning with a fresh orchid lei welcome, a well-known Hawaiian tradition. Be serenaded by the sounds of the “ukulele and melodic steel guitar” while Hula dancers showcase the dances of both ancient and modern Hawaii.

Prepare for the Day:

Oahu can experience many changes in weather, rainy one moment and tropical heat the next. 

  • Be prepared with a light jacket or raincoat.
  • Dress comfortably and wear very comfortable shoes. There is an opportunity for a lot of walking.
  • Sunscreen and Hat
  • Bathing suits are not allowed
  • Water bottles are allowed and refilling stations are available onsite. 

If you forget anything you may need there is a marketplace onsite. Make sure to have some extra cash as there is shopping as well!

Please Note: Lunch will not be provided. Make sure to grab a quick bite before meeting in the lobby.
The drive is about an hour each way. Water bottles and a light snack will be provided.

Level 4 achievers receive an all-expenses paid air + land package which includes:
 
• Up to $1,000 towards round-trip airfare to the Honolulu International Airport originating from and returning to the same airport in your home city. ($60 will be added to your onsite meal card to cover (1) checked bag fee ($30 each way) per Consultant.

REGISTRATION

All achievers will receive an email confirming their achievement the week of May 8, 2023. You must confirm your participation no later than Friday, May 19, 2023.

To confirm your participation, do the following:

Step 1  Open your congratulatory invite email and click on the “Accept”’ link.
             (The invite email will have the subject line: Congratulations! You are a 2023 JAFRA Incentive Trip Achiever! from noreply@swoogo.com)
Step 2  You will be directed to the event registration landing page. Click on “Register Now”. You will be asked to confirm your email address (if you created an account to register for the National Convention, please use the same email here).
Step 3  Fill out all the required fields and create your password (if you don’t already have one).
             (If you created an account already, your personal information will automatically populate.) 
Step 4  Agree to the Terms and Conditions and acknowledge the cancelation policy then click on “Continue”.
Step 5  When finished, review your 'Registrant Details' then hit “Continue”.
Step 6  You will be directed to your Confirmation Page. Here you can go back to the “Event Info” page and view additional information on the Resort, Trip Agenda, FAQ’s and more. From the confirmation page, you are also able to add the “Event To Calendar” and “Modify Registration”.
Step 7  A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during the registration process.

All achievers will receive an email confirming their achievement the week of May 8, 2023. You must confirm your participation no later than Friday, May 19, 2023.

Step 2  Once “Decline” is selected, you will be asked to confirm you want to decline. Hit “Confirm” to decline your participation.                                                                                       
Registrations will not be accepted after Friday, May 19, 2023. If you do not register or decline by this date, your trip will be voided.

Yes.  Level 3 and Level 4 achievers may purchase a land package for one (1) guest*. The cost of the buy-in option is $1,500.00. 
IMPORTANT: JAFRA's Travel Team will accept requests to book your guest's airfare.  However, you are responsible for the cost of the airfare + the agent booking fees.  You   may also book your guest's airfare on your own and upload the travel details to your guest's registration.  All air travel details must be received no later than Friday, June 2, 2023.
*Guests must be at least 18 years old and may not be a JAFRA Consultant.

To purchase a guest land package, do the following:

Step 1  When you finish registering yourself, ‘Registrant Details’ will display. Click on “Add Another Person”.
Step 2  Fill out all required fields.
Step 3  Agree to the Terms and Conditions, acknowledge the cancelation policy and click on “Continue”.
Step 4  When finished adding your guest and/or your personal information, click on “Continue”.
Step 5  Review your ‘Registrant Details’, enter your payment details, and click on “Make Payment”.
Step 6  A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during the registration process.

No, you can register your guest at any time after you register yourself, until the registration cut-off date of 5/19/23. If you have not yet registered yourself, you cannot input your guest’s information. If you have already registered yourself and you would like to add a guest, do the following:

Step 2  Enter your email address and the password you created.

No. Guests must be at least 18 years old and may not be a JAFRA Consultant unless they are a spouse or significant other.

Yes.  Any achiever who is unable to attend the trip, and declines via the registration website by May 19, 2023, will receive the Level 2 gifts as a reward for their efforts.

Yes. To make changes to your registration, do the following:

Step 1  Click on “Modify Registration” from your Confirmation Email or go to jafraevents.com/incentivetrip
Step 2  Enter your email address and the password you created.
Step 3  ‘Registrant Details’ will display. 
Step 4  To the right of the page, next to your name, you will see the notepad with a pen icon. Click on this icon to edit this person.
Step 5  Make the necessary edits to your information and click “Continue”.
Step 6  If finished making changes, click “Continue”.

Step 7  You will be redirected back to the ‘Registrant Details’. Here you can click back to “Event Info” or “Log Out”. 

Be advised that change requests may be subject to non-recoverable fees collected by third-party suppliers (airline, hotel, etc). You will be advised of any fees associated with your change request. If you agree to the charges, your JAFRA account will be debited.

Yes, you may cancel your registration without penalty through Friday, May 19, 2023. To cancel, do the following:

Step 1  Go to jafraevents.com/incentivetrip and click on “Modify Registration”.
Step 2  Login with your email and password.
Step 3  ‘Registrant Details’ will display. If you have paid for a guest, you must cancel their registration first. Click on the trashcan icon to the right of the page and hit “Yes,                     Delete”. 
Step 4  You will be redirected back to your registration confirmation page. Click “Modify Registration” to continue.
Step 5  Under 'Registrant Details', click on the X to the right of the page. Click “Yes” to confirm your cancellation request. Click “Continue” to finalize the cancellation. 
Step 6  An email will be sent to the email address you provided during the registration process confirming the refund has been processed (if applicable) and the funds will be returned to                   your account within 5-10 business days. 

If you cancel after May 19, 2023, you will be charged a $450 non-refundable cancellation fee (toward non-recoverable expenses) which will be charged to your JAFRA account.

You must submit your request in writing along with supporting documentation to jafra_events@jafra.com no later than Saturday, September 30, 2023, in order to be considered for exemption. Please label the subject line: Incentive Trip Cancellation Consideration and include your Consultant ID#. Requests made after this date will not be considered. No phone requests will be accepted. JAFRA will provide a decision or follow-up by email to all submissions within 10 business days from the requested date.

Yes, you will incur a $450 fee toward all non-recoverable expenses which will be charged to your JAFRA account.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

All other questions regarding the 2023 Incentive Trip should be directed to CRT at 1(800) 852-3728, option #4, or via email at 
jafracares@jafra.com.

Your flight itinerary (if applicable) will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your flight being booked.  Approximately one week prior to the trip, all information regarding the trip, including flight and transportation information, will be emailed to you at the email address you provided during the registration process.

You will need to travel with a government-issued photo ID like a driver’s license or passport that exactly matches the name printed on your ticket or itinerary.

To receive the JAFRA group rate and make arrangements for an extended stay, you must email JAFRAevents@museem.com with the nights you would like to extend NO LATER than Friday, June 2nd. We will confirm availability with the Resort, and respond back to receive your approval for the cost of the additional night(s). Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email to pay the balance due. Payments for additional nights must be paid prior to your arrival.

*Level 4 Achievers must confirm extended nights prior to finalizing flights with the JAFRA Travel Agency. 

The JAFRA group rate is $377.00 per night (Includes resort fees and taxes based on double occupancy).

Any additional expenses incurred as a result of an extended stay will be at your own expense, including transportation. 

Transportation will be provided only on the group travel dates of Wednesday, September 6th, and Sunday, September 10th.

Yes. Transportation is available to all registered Level 3 and Level 4 achievers and their registered guests (via the buy-in option). If you are a Level 3 achiever, and/or you purchased the guest land package option, you must provide the Travel Team with your (and your guest’s, if applicable) flight information no later than 11:59 pm (PT) on June 2, 2023, to be included in the transportation to and from the hotel.  

If you do not provide this information during the registration process, you can add this information by doing the following:

Step 1  Click on “Modify Registration” from your confirmation email or go to jafraevents.com/incentivetrip.
Step 2  Enter your email address and the password you created and click “Log In”. 
Step 3  The 'Registrant Details' page will display.
Step 4  Click on the notepad icon to the right of the page to modify details for either you or your guest.
Step 5  Under the ‘Flight Information’ section, enter your arrival and departure details and click “Continue”. 

Step 6  If you have purchased a guest land package, you will repeat the process by editing your guest's registration. Enter their arrival and departure details and click “Continue”.
Step 7  You will be redirected back to the ‘Registrant Details’. Here you can click back to “Event Info” or “Log Out”. 

JAFRA’s Travel Team will make every effort to accommodate these types of requests as long as the request does not interfere with group travel periods and JAFRA’s ability to achieve the lowest possible fare.

You will need to book your own airfare and provide JAFRA with your complete flight itinerary by emailing JAFRAevents@museem.com or adding it to the ‘Flight Information’ section in your registration profile no later than Friday, June 2, 2023.  The JAFRA Travel Team is only booking airfare for Level 4 achievers and their guests.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION

No. The trip is non-transferable. 

Yes, you will be asked to provide this information during the registration process. JAFRA’s Travel Team will make every effort to accommodate these types of requests.

Yes, nursing mothers and infants are welcome.  

Meals will be provided throughout the entire event.  For those meals not planned by JAFRA, you will receive a meal allowance card to use at your discretion.

We suggest bringing money for snacks, souvenirs, gratuities, and incidentals (charges placed on your room account for laundry, in-room movies, meals other than those provided by JAFRA, etc.).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Consultants/Leaders' account balances must be current in order to attend.

Per IRS rules, this is a taxable event. JAFRA will issue a FORM 1099MISC for the taxable value of this trip.

A valid form of ID will be required to pick up your Registration Packet. A name badge will be issued onsite to provide access to all functions. Achievers may not pick up a trip packet on behalf of another Achiever.

Only registered Achievers (including registered guests through the buy-in option) may participate in the trip, which means unregistered individuals accompanying registered participants may not avail themselves of any JAFRA arranged services including but not limited to air, hotel, ground transportation, meals, or planned activities.
